Once we have accepted your order, it becomes binding, subject to your cancellation rights. Non-acceptance of an order by us may occur if the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; we identify a pricing or product description error, if we cannot obtain authorization for your payment, or if we consider the order fraudulent.
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched. PRICES
All prices on illustro.shop are displayed in € (euro). Please note that if you are shopping from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs charges. For more information on this, contact your local customs authorities.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of our products may occasionally be mispriced. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide the products at the incorrect price. We will reach out to you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If we cannot contact you, or if you decide not to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the amount you have paid.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made securely online using Stripe. Payment is charged at the moment the order is placed. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. For those who do not use Visa verification or wish to have products delivered to an address different from the cardholder, additional identification may be required, and a member of our orders team will contact you. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
DELIVERY
We perform deliveries worldwide. Orders will ship out between 3 to 15 business days from the ordering date. The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order, depending on the total weight and volume of the shippable goods.
Please note that applicable taxes may apply based on your location. They are calculated by the authorities, depending on the local legislation.
Products must be carefully checked at delivery and signed for by an adult. Any defect or damage must be reported to us immediately.
ILLUSTRO srl will try to ensure delivery by the estimated lead time, but this cannot be guaranteed.
ILLUSTRO srl will not be liable for the delay in installation caused by late or failed delivery of your items. The delivery lead time quoted in your order confirmation is an approximation only and given in good faith. Therefore, we recommend that decorators are not booked before you receive your goods.
RISK AND TITLE
Order is binding on you or ILLUSTRO srl once we have accepted it. All title and ownership to the ordered goods will pass to you from the moment we dispatch them to our couriers or on payment in full by you for the price of the goods along with any delivery charges (if applicable), and risk will pass on delivery
RISK OF DAMAGE IN TRANSIT AND PROPERTY
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them. The Products will belong to you once you have received them and paid us in full. Until payment has been made in full, we may ask you to return the Products to us anytime.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
As our wallpapers are printed to order, they cannot be returned. However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team promptly at info@illustro.shop.
We offer a one-year guarantee. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the public complaints committee.
INFORMATION ON PRODUCT COLORS AND UNIQUE FEATURES
Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples displayed online. Still, there may be variations because natural materials have unique characteristics. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the uniqueness of our Products.
Our wallpaper is printed to order so slight color variations may vary from batch to batch. We advise a 5% allowance for the measurements of the patterns that repeat – this will not vary within a specific print batch but may vary between batches. Therefore, we recommend ordering all the rolls you’ll need in one go – to determine how many that will be, please get in touch with our Customer Services team for assistance.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND WEBSITE CONTENT
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is uploaded onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information shown at a particular time, including product descriptions, may only sometimes reflect the positioning precisely when you place an order. We can only confirm the price of a Product once your order is accepted in accordance with our ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY.
