Measure the width and height of the entire wall. We always make your wallpaper to the exact measurements you specify when ordering, so add 10 cm to the width and height measurements.

We produce our wallpapers using the butt joint method. Full instructions on how to hang wallpaper step by step can be found on our website in the HOW TO tab.

All our wallpapers are printed on 51 cm wide lengths. Each length is numbered, making it easy to know where to start and which lengths to place next to each other.

We recommend you use a premixed adhesive for non-woven wallpaper.

All wallpapers and dOt can be safely cleaned with a soft, damp cloth; they should not be scrubbed, and detergents should not be used.

Good lightfastness means that your wallpaper won’t be easily sun-bleached. All wallpaper will fade over time, but our production technology is designed to provide optimum resistance to fading.

All our wallpapers are printed on non-woven paper of the highest quality. The adhesive can be applied directly to the wall, which makes installation much easier.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We prepare wallpapers only from the patterns available in our offer. If you want to make small changes to the graphics or you want a unique model, please get in touch with us at info@illustro.shop

No, our wallpapers are made for indoor interiors only.

Our wallpapers work great in washrooms with a toilet and sink as they have low humidity. High-humidity rooms with a shower or a bathtub are not recommended, as the high moisture in the air might damage our wallpapers.

We prepare all products for your individual order, all prints are made within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email letting you know your order is on its way, along with the tracking details.

The delivery time is between 3 and 10 days, depending on the destination.

Duties and Import Taxes 

The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Customs procedures may extend the delivery time.

If the parcel has damage to the packaging that causes concern, ask the courier to open it in his presence. If the content is damaged due to improper transport, prepare a damage report with the courier and send it to info@illustro.shop with the note “COMPLAINT” and we will do the rest. If you notice any damage after the courier has left, you have seven days to report the damage, but then you must prove that the contents have been damaged before the package is delivered.

 After considering the damage, we will resend your order or refund the money for the purchased product within 14 days.

 ATTENTION! If you have found defects in the product resulting from a damaged package after the courier has left, you do not have a damage report; the complaint will not be considered.

All our wallpapers and dOt products are made-to-order products and cannot be returned. So, when you receive your wallpaper, ensure you have all the lengths and none are defective or damaged. Because sometimes, things don’t go our way, and even though we live to please, we also make mistakes. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are, OF COURSE, returned and exchanged free of charge. The wallpaper must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

No one’s perfect. Refunds for customized wallpaper cannot be processed in case of customer errors, such as inaccurate measurements or changes of mind.

However! Canceling an order before it has been produced is possible. In that case, we need you to get in touch as soon as possible. We usually manufacture and send your order the very next workday after the order has been placed. So, contact our customer service directly at info@illustro.shop

If your order value is 300 euros or more, you will not be charged for delivery. However, if your order value is less than 300 euros, a delivery fee of 30 euros will be added to your basket before check-out. 

Please note that this cost will be clearly displayed at the time of check-out.
